Start with your photos

Choose up to 30 photos, add an album title and select Focus, Journal or Mosaic. You can change the photo framing, write captions or notes and reorder the pages. Album details also lets you hide the header, footer, page numbers and Littlefold branding.

The app prepares photo copies automatically on your device. You do not need to resize them first. Your photo-library originals stay unchanged. Creating an album and previewing its pages does not upload the album.

If an import is interrupted, reopen the album and try again. If the same photo still fails, contact support with the visible error and your app and iOS versions.

Save your work to the right account

Sign in, then choose Save draft to account to upload your draft and its selected photos. Signing in alone does not upload them. Wait for the app to confirm the save before relying on the cloud copy.

A saved draft is available for 30 days from its first save. Later edits do not extend that window. Signing out removes that account’s local app files. Save your draft to the account and keep any available PDF you need in Files before signing out, deleting the app or changing devices.

My album is missing after sign-in

Use the same sign-in provider you used before. Apple and Google may open the same Littlefold account when they provide the same verified email. Apple’s Hide My Email can instead lead to a different account. A guest album stays on the device unless you explicitly save it to an account.

PDF downloads and purchases

Littlefold produces digital albums and PDF files. It does not print or ship physical books.

Save a purchased PDF

Review the album’s pages before buying. At checkout, the app uploads the prepared photos and layout; the service creates and delivers your PDF after Apple confirms payment. A one-time purchase covers that finished PDF; later changes are a separate PDF purchase. The price is shown before checkout.

After purchase, open the saved PDF and choose Share or save PDF → Save to Files. Its account download window is 30 days from purchase. The separate file in Files has no Littlefold expiry date.

A payment was interrupted

Sign in to the same Littlefold account and choose Check purchases. If payment was received but the PDF is still being prepared, choose Finish preparing PDF. Stay connected while delivery completes. Do not buy the same PDF again while payment is pending. Apple controls purchase approval.

Request a refund

For an Apple purchase, use Apple’s refund service. Apple decides eligibility. Read Apple’s refund instructions. Deleting your album or account does not cancel a pending payment or request a refund.

Delete your account

Open Account → Delete account and confirm. Keep the app open and connected until it finishes. If deletion is interrupted, retry from the closing-account screen. Follow any Apple sign-in or authorization instructions shown in the app.

Save any PDF you need to keep before deleting the account. Files you saved elsewhere or shared with someone are separate copies. See the privacy notice for records that can remain after deletion.

Do not send your password, verification codes, full payment-card details or private photos. If you include a screenshot, cover personal information that is not needed to explain the problem.
